Dispute resolution
SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd. will attempt to, but is not required to resolve all disputes between buyers and sellers amicably. If however a dispute arises that SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd. cannot amicably resolve, both parties (the Buyer and Seller of the disputed transaction), agree that relevant contact information held on file by SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd. will be divulged to each other party for resolution (either by legal or otherwise) away from this website and without interference by SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd.

I.D. Verified Sellers
SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd. only verifies sellers with the I.D. Verified label for those that have submitted proof of identity. While best efforts are made by SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd. to ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of such proof, SPOTMEX Pty. Ltd. is not held responsible if an I.D. Verified account is not infact legitimate.

Refunds
SPOTMEX does not provide refunds on its paid member accounts. Please choose carefully.

Legally Binding
Purchases made on this website are legally binding, both for the buyer purchasing the item and the seller fulfilling the item.
